FAQs

  • This program is primarily aimed at leaders working in and around anti-oppressive strategy and social justice mobilization. “Leaders” is a broad acknowledgement of the different ways folks show up in this work - from workshop facilitators to DEI managers to small consulting business owners.

If you’re an anti-racism or DEI practitioner feeling isolated within a large organization or someone who provides third-party consulting services, you may have experienced isolation and burnout in your work.

This is a space to grow alongside one another, share best practices and provide tangible support in the face of resistance and de-prioritization of our work.

  • Our tiered ticketing system takes into account the different financial access available to the diversity of folks in this work.

Our generous rate is recommended for those who have a slightly larger budget for their own professional development and self-growth and/or have access to social and financial privilege. The extra funds from these tickets allow us to offer more scholarship spots.

Our standard rate is the regular option that takes into account the value of the knowledge, time and labour put into this program.

For those who just want to tune in for our webinars and access the online course (written and pre-recorded content), the flex learning option is best.
