  • Session 2: Disrupting Capitalism & Knowing Your Worth

    Examining and discussing the systemic, intersectional barriers created by capitalist frameworks that affect justice-oriented work and our self-worth as consultants and professionals.

    Discussing methods for EDI practitioners to navigate and challenge capitalist structures effectively and develop resilience within business and entrepreneurship.

    Developing personalized strategies for integrating anti-capitalist practices into DEI initiatives while still knowing your worth and charging accordingly.
